Please enter the 10-digit phone number of the mobile phone you would like the text messages to be sent to. Enter only numbers, with no dashes or spaces (example: 5551234567).
Please enter your CommonSpirit employee ID. If you don’t know it, it’s available on EmployeeCentral. In the upper left part of the screen, select People. Under Quick Links, select My HR Information. Select Profile. When your personal profile appears, a number will display by your name, under the word "Employee." This is your employee ID.
